March 1 and 2, 2008 Travel Days.
What a long trip. I left Detroit Metro at 3:00 p.m. and didn’t arrive here until 2:00 a.m. – which is 6:00 a.m. Detroit time. I flew from Detroit, to Minneapolis to Seattle to Fairbanks.
I couldn’t believe how the people were dressed on the plane from Seattle to Fairbanks. You might think that people traveling to Fairbanks, Alaska would be heavily attired, but no! There were people in short sleeved shirts, girls in capri’s and flip flops. I figured there were hearty souls in Alaska, but I had no idea that they were that hearty!
