27 October 2014 Getting ready for IceCube

Hello everyone!

Just to let you all know that I am already getting ready for deployment at the IceCube Neutrino Observatory, next to the Amundsen-Scott research station at the South Pole.

Estimated arrival and departure dates on IceCube are January 6 to January 20. Things are now starting to pick up speed and full preparations are now under way for the expedition

There will be new postings from now on about every week until deployment, when postings will be published daily.

Remember you can subscribe to journals by providing a valid e-mail address under the "Subscribe To Journals!" field at the right hand side of the IceCube neutrino Observatory main page.
