There's something magical about the way light interacts with ice that just makes you happy to see it.
There are ice polar bears all over the campus of the University of Alaska
this one is starting to melt.
Even though it was very late and I was tired, I just never wanted to leave these sculptures.

The PolarTREC teachers sure had fun on these - the bigger you are, the faster you go.
Back to technology training tomorrow - I wish it was training in ice sculpture instead.
They use chain saws and electric irons.
