Museums and Hibernation Chambers
After 3 days of intense technology training we ventured out. Day 4 found us at the Natural History Museum at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. This impressive facility gave us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the regions rich natural and cultural history.

Day 5 we travelled to the Gold Stream valley near Fox Alaska. There we visited the U.S Army Corps and Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory Permafrost Tunnel. There we got down and dirty.
