5:15     Do some long-distance planning with colleagues at school
6:10     Do last night’s homework
7:30     Shower and get ready
7:55     Run down to grab breakfast
8:00     Class: Learn how to create and keep a journal in the field…this will be complicated for the folks in Antarctica because they may have to speak their journal over satellite phone
10:00   Break, eat snack food
10:05   It’s snowing!

A Snowy Day in MayMs. Rodgers and Ms. Wotkyns chillin' out in the snow. Ms. Wotkyns is going to travel to Antarctica on the Oden Ice Breaker in November. She teaches third and fourth grades in Los Angeles.

19:15   Hungry…FOOD…Thai House…again…Pad Thai…again…no more Pad Thai
21:30   Go to “hotel, sweet, warm hotel and escape snow.” Start homework.
