Wow! We had over 270 Polar Sundae recipes submitted – Tremendous thanks to all those who participated!

Our selection committee had a very difficult time picking just one – so we selected two winning recipes.

Here’s Joshua’s very creative recipe – I titled it Antarctic Night-lights:

What his ingredients represent:

  • Vanilla yogurt represents the snow.
  • Oreo cookies represents black and white of the penguin.
  • Multi-color sprinkles represent the northern lights.
  • Hot fudge will keep you warm.

Here’s Alaina’s mouth-watering recipe – I titled it Antarctic Cozy Crunch:

What her ingredients represent:

  • Chocolate chips- they represent the seals.
  • Oreo cookies- they represent the penguins.
  • Hot fudge- the warm layers you will have to wear.
  • Vanilla frozen yogurt- the frosty snow.

Don’t they both sound yummy! I’m going today to get one – or maybe both!
