Physical Preparation – Part 3 and final physical prep. video
As my departure date nears - only 3 days to go - I’m reminiscing about all of the preparation I had to do for this adventure. And these physical preparation videos are making me feel a little bit like… you guessed it - Rocky! Can’t you hear the ‘Rocky theme song’ in the back of your mind now? I think I’m actually beginning to feel ‘ready’ from my trip.

Now, Memphis may not have the magnificent stone steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art to run up but there are many other things to do.
