Hi Mr. League, Our names are Sam Eaton and Kyra Levi, we are two of Ms. Herrmann's students.

How does it feel to be in such solitude when diving?

Thank you, enjoy the rest of your research!

Hi Sam and Kyra,Antarctic diving is my favorite diving experience. You are rarely
completely alone underwater as we always SCUBA dive with a buddy
(another diver). But, you are right, there is something very peaceful
and relaxing about seeing such amazing animals and in such stillness.
Good divers just seem to float and glide around. At many of these dive
sites, it's like flying underwater. One thing that I find particularly
amazing is when there are seals near our dive site, you can hear them in
the water!
Thanks for following!
Mike
