Rachel, Great question! There are so many animals beneath the ice of McMurdo
Sound. I am sure that we will see a lot of sea stars, sea urchins, many
different types of sponges, fish, seals, octopus, and, of course, worms.
While we will be focusing on the marine polychaete Capitella, we will
be taking pictures of everything we see. I can't wait to share them
with you! Keep watching the journals for when we start diving.
