Are Parborlasia corrugatus squishy or hard?

Squishy and Slimy! They're also covered with this slime. It helpsprotect them from being eaten, because it's nasty stuff with a low pH
and it smells/tastes terrible.
Great question. I never thought to talk about how they feel. Thanks
