The weather in Greenland has been mild - highs in the 40's most days!
The living conditions are modern: hot showers, dorm-style living, restaurants and grovcery store.

Out on the ice sheet (we fly over it) it's desolate but beautiful, and everywhere along the coast are mountains and glaciers.
