How high up in the air were you when you were surveying the ice? And how fast were you flying? -Alex King

Alex,Thank you for your question Alex! We are usually flying about 1500 feet above the ground but in some cases it's much lower than that. Especially if we are in mountainous terrain were we are often just 100's of feet above the peaks. We have a great flight crew with years of experience doing this sort of stuff, so the close up views are spectacular!
