Do you know how cold it is?

We can actually find out anytime we want what the temperature is by watching some scrolling TVs in the lobbies of some of the buildings here on station.  Some people can also tell by the types of snowflakes that are falling, if they are falling.  Snowflakes behave slightly different at different temperatures, which is something I didn't know.  In the 10s, the flakes don't appear quite so symetrical, in the 20s, you get nice hexagonal flakes, and in the upper 20s to just below the freezing point, the flakes will start to stick together a bit.Last night our sleeping temps were near -10 C.  Any guess on the conversion to F?
