Hey Mr. Gillette and his amazing, brave companions. As I was randomly stroling through the website I noticed that Mr. Gillette, surprisingly, looked very "stuffed" in his coat, so I was wondering exactly how many sweaters did he have to put on to not freeze, how many hats and socks too! (Guess who wrote this!!)

I'm going to apologize, I can't quite figure out who this is from.  But I'll answer your question anyway.  We are quite 'stuffed', but a lot of that depends on the weather outside.  The key to staying warm is layers.  The layers should not be made of cotton as this acts to absorb water, holding the cold wet clothes against your skin.  The layers help to reduce sweating by adding or removing layers as the conditions change.  For example, at Happy Camper school this week, at times I had as many as four layers of clothes on, and at others, as few as one.  The temperatures and wind play a large part in the number of layers!I hope this adds come clarification!
Cheers,~Gillette
