Dear Cameo,

My name is Ricky Campbell and I am from Flagstaff, Arizona. I have some questions for you. How are you getting ready for the trip to go to the antarctic?Are there any issues like packing, food, or medical issues? And are you going to miss your class?

Hi Ricky -
There is lots to do to get ready for my trip to Antarctica.  I still have to get all of the necessary clothes, publicize the trip, make arrangements for my cats, and finish packing.  I also have to participate in a "logistics" phone call with several other people to make arrangements for the trip.  Fortunately I have finished almost all of the medical requirements.  The only thing left to do is to get a flu shot and the second Hepatitis A vaccine booster in October.
I am definitely going to miss my class.  My students are really cool.  We are planning a camping trip in October which should be fun.
