hello cameo                                                                                                                                          

 

i love what you an your school been doing in science like you guys used plastic ties to attach a pump to each of the four corners of the piece of plastic milk crate. Also my class and i are making an ROV as well so we can put in lake mary or the pond we've been doing research on or mabey anartica but tell me how did you guy make the frame for your ROV?

Hi -
I'm really glad that you like what we are doing.  Everyone in my class is working hard and the whole school is trying to help.
I think that building a ROV and using it in the lake near your school is an awesome idea.  We are planning to put our ROV in a local river.  Then in the spring we are planning to take the ROV to the beach and put it in the Atlantic Ocean.
We used PVC pipe and PVC cement to make our frame.  Read my June 2nd journal entry for a detailed description of how we built the frame.  The important thing is to take your time and be as precise as you can be.  You want the frame to be balanced.
