Do you limit the number of hours a person can stay under the water? Are there safety guidelines for length of time under the water?

Hi Linda,We follow the standard "no decompression" tables that scuba divers use
everywhere. We build in a safety margin because our dives are cold
and we are working hard. Following the tables carefully keeps us from
getting " the bends" or decompression sickness which happens when
gases that have dissolved in your tissues at depth come out of
solution - like opening a soda bottle. We would prefer not to have
our blood fizz up!
