Hi Ashley...I actually just found out that we have been delayed for a day, so the earliest that I'll be in Antarctica is Nov. 3rd. Not sure what the deal is, but I was just told. I have seen some interesting birds here in New Zealand though!! I'll let you know about all the Antarctic critters when I get there!
