Can it be 100 degrees below 0?

Hey!! Great question!! Yes it can! But, I most likely won't experience temperatures like that. It was warm yesterday--about 19 degrees above zero, sunny, no wind!The coldest temperature ever recorded was recorded here at a Russian station, and it was -129 F. BRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!
