Sinus squeeze is when you cannot equalize pressure in one of yoursinuses as you descend while diving. It is very painful, and if you
push it too hard, can result in blood filling the sinus, kind of like
a blood blister inside your head. So Kamille was very smart not to go
beyond 20 ft, even though she REALLY wanted to! She will try again in
a couple of days.
