We enjoyed Mrs. Cross's visit with us on Wednesday. We would like to know how cold it is there today. It snowed at our school today. It is around 38 degrees here.

I'm glad you enjoyed Mrs. Cross's visit.  Today it is minus 33 degrees C, or minus 27 degrees F, including wind chill.  Visibility is very low and our helicopter flight to set up our field camp is on hold until the weather clears up.  We hope it gets nicer soon!

I had fun and enjoyed spending some time with you Wed. afternoon!! Be sure to watch for a journal entry about our first snow of the season!! While I'm excited about leaving soon, I sure am glad I got to be here for our first snowfall.
