HI Mindy, Does the greenhouse stay in operation during the winter? Kirk

Hi Kirk,The greenhouse does stay open all winter - and it must be surreal to walk in there after being outside on a dark and bitter cold winter's day.
Because the winter population is only about 200 people, they can have fresh salads every 3-4 days!
