Hi Kristen and all,Fairbanks rocks!  People plug in their cars, and then they drive their cars on the Chena River to take shortcuts around town.  I hope they don't fall in when the spring break-up happens!
I lived here in 1980-1981 and it has changed a LOT.  I lived right across the street from ARCUS - but the house I lived in is gone and now there is a tobacco shop there.  YUK!  Mindy
