Hi! this is Emma. You mentioned wind in another letter for the answer to the WATIZIT.I think that there are gale winds. In Cape Bird was anyone allowed to adopt a penguin? I'd like one.

 I had to do some checking to be able to answer your question correctly. The National Weather Service defines a gale force wind as having constant 39 mph. For the past two days our winds have been around 25-35 mph. So we are not having gale force winds.
There are scientists who are studying the penguins at Cape Bird but they don't really adopt them, but I bet they have their favorites. The adelie penguins are really cute.
