1. What is a sundog?

You are definitely on the right track about the WATIZIT. It is part of the Twin Otter. Any idea what part?If you look at the Sundog picture on the 27th and thelast picture on the 26th you will see sundogs. They are caused by the sun shining through ice crystals that are in clouds or in fog. I couldn't get a very good picture of the entire scene but the sun was in the center and two curved beams of light shown up from the ground on each side of the sun. Part of the time the two beams of light were rainbows and almost made a semicircle around the sun. Hope that makes sense. If not, let me know and I will try to expain it better.
