Hi Mr.wood this is alissa im not really sure about that question you askes march 27 but I think the warm winter grounds will effect your plant growing in the spring because it will make them not grow as much. :(

You are on top of things. But think of it this way, if the ground is warmer during the winter then it will be able to warm up faster in the spring and the plants will like that a bunch! Then they will have more time to grow.Thanks,
