Hi mr. wood! how are you doing out there? I think the CO2 levels will be lower this time of the year because bacteria, decomposers, and other CO2 composers will not be able to survive from the freezing weather. :) have a great time!

i accidentally forgot my name and period. Its Olivia Dillon from period 4

John Wood

Thanks Olivia for remembering to put your name. Good thinking, however the plants are buried under snow and cannot carry on photosynthesis to take in CO2. The decomposers however are still a bit at work, even in the cold. So the CO2 levels are going up this time of year. Does that make sense? Thanks,
Mr. Wood
