Dear Mr. Wood,
Here are my answers to Journal (april 7th) 1. I think a tundra is an extremely cold and dry biome. Also, there is not deep snow. Many people are surprised that the tundra receives about as much percipitation as a desert. 2. Huntington Beach doesn't have tundas because we live by the ocean and we get a fair amount of percipatation, unlike the tundra. Also, our climate isn't chilly and dry; we have sunny warm weather. Lastly, H.B. does not get any snow at all, but the tundra biomes' do.
thanks! -Sam M. PER. 5
