Hi Mr. Wood, this is Bronson from period 5. Sorry if these answers are a little late. You would expect that there would be CO2 trapped in the snow. You would be seeing the Co2 level going up. Finally, no, the time of day does not take a big role on how the CO2 level is going up.

Great answers and ideas. The snow does trap the gas. We are looking at some data right now that shows us that the snow does a pretty good job of holding some of the CO2 in. The light does not matter, as you say, because the plants are covered by the snow and do not get the light.Thanks,
