Hi Mr. Wood,

Today at the webinar was really cool! I am also going to ask you some questions for some on the journals.

I don't remember if I did the Journal of April 9th, but i'll still ask about it.

Questions April 9th - Is this the first time you went to Murie Science and Learning Center? If you have, how many times? Also, on the first picture of this journal, it says Denali National Park And. Do you remember what it says after that?

I don't really have any for April 10th's Journal.

Question April 11 - Was there any damage / malfunctions after you brought it home?

Question April 12 - What causes the aurora to be red or blue, and can the aurora turn into purple or other colors?

Question April 13 - Do you know how fast the dogs would go in M.P.H.? How did the dog at the end get out of the harness?

Question April 14 - What kind of plants there in the journal?

Question April 15 - Do you know where PolarTrec gets these sled dogs from?

Thanks for reading these again. I'm sorry for being late on these. From Darren Trinh Period 5.

John Wood

I am so glad that you enjoyed the event today. I thought it was great! The sled dogs are not from PolarTREC. They belong to Mike and Corine, the people who own the cabin we are staying in. The dogs can run more than 20 mph and at the end we help them out of their harnesses. The lights get their color from the different atoms that they hit in our atmosphere. There are many berries and mosses in the tundra. Thanks,
Mr. Wood
