Greetings Mr. Wood This is your friend Andres Baron, and I just want to say many thanks for doing such a great job with your journals and with your good attitude towards working in extreme conditions. Even my grandma, that lives in the southern part of Colombia, knows about your adventures in the wild tundra of Alaska.
Those kids in your highschool are pretty lucky to have such a great mentor and motivator. And we, as a research team, are lucky too to have your contribution as a fellow observer of natural processes and also, as a very hard worker!.
It was an honor for me to work side by side with you John. Keep changing lives for good and teaching young minds about ecology and how we have fun exploring nature!
