Hi Mr.Woood this Julia-Period 5. I just thought of a question: If there's a bunch of snow, would the plants underneath still be breathing in carbon dioxide?

I thought I knew that but then I asked myself that question.

John Wood

Great question! The plants are covered with snow so they don't want to do much because it is too cold, and they can't really see the sun under all that snow so they don't carry on photosynthesis. Because of all of that, they do not take in CO2 under all that snow!Good thinking,
Mr. Wood
