  1. The factors that cause this area to be Tundra is the latitude, precipitation, and temperature of it. Since it is up north making the temperature cold, the plants can't grow due to permafrost causing this place to be a Tundra.
  2. If there was warmer climates, then the factors would change with things like warmer temperatures, and more plants. 3.There are no large trees in this tundra area because of the permafrost. Permafrost freezes the soil so the roots can't go deep enough to reach enough water so the plants stay small.

Did I get them right? The factors part threw me off a little because I partially didn't know what you meant by "factors".
