Hiya Mr. Wood. This is Jimmy from your 6th period science class. I have read your journal and I am ready to give you the answers to the quiz. #1 The amount of CO2 that is showed in the graph is ranging from 388-386 parts per million. #2 I believe the time of day that this data was collected was about 13:30 in the afternoon. #3 In two more hours, when the next sample wuold be collected, I think the amount of CO2 measured would move up, because plants carry out photosynthesis during the day. this lowers the amount of CO2 released into the air by decompostion respiration. These are the answers to my question. I hope you have a wondreful day. :)

Good thinking, but remember that plants use CO2 when the sun is up and the respiration goes up also, so the area is taking in more CO2 than is being released.Mr. Wood
