Hey Mr. Wood, its Melanie from 6th period and I am going to try to answer the questiond about carbon balence. 1.The graph shows about 387.6 concentration (pm). 2. This data was collected either early in the morning or late at night because the levels of carbon are so low where as in the afternoon it would be higher because of the sunlight hitting the ground. 3.I think the amount of CO2 will be higher in two hours because the sun will be out causing more of the CO2 to form. -Melanie P. 6

Thank you for the answers. Good thinking but remember, when the sun is out and the plants are having alot of photosynthesis, the CO2 levels go down. That's when the plants take in the CO2.Mr. Wood

hey Mr. Wood it's Melanie again..... I mixed up the amount of carbon balence, but I learned now that due to photosynthesis, like you said there is less cabon dioxide. Anyways... How are you? Are you coming back soon? Are you having a good time? I hope so. =) -Melanie Fox

Hey Mr. Wood I was just wondering what is a HOBO station and what does it do? Also, how does it help you with your experament? -Melanie

John Wood

Thanks for the question. In the journal I called it a weather station. It takes the weather data each day. The temperature, pressure, humidity, amount of sunlight, and any rain or snow fall.Mr. Wood
