hi mr wood its dawson from your 6th period class i have a quesion, and it is that can carbon rising fall because it is cold and doesent have enough energy to rise? thanx dawson

Thanks for the questions. The level of CO2 being released from the ground to the air can go down when the temperatures are low because the decomposers get too cold and slow down eating all of the dead material in the ground. Warming the ground can speed up that process.Mr. Wood
