Hi! Mr Wood,

It's Matt from period 6 science.

For the questions on the quiz, there are 387ppm in the graph. The sample was taken during the day .That's why the CO2 is low. There is sunlight, which is an ingredient in photosynthesis. If a sample was taken later, the CO2 level would be higher because there would be no sunlight to make photosynthesis occur which gets rid of the CO2.

It was great to talk to you. Your experiment is cool. Why do some experiment pods have roofs and some don't?

Writing my science fiction story has been fun. It is really long!

I miss you alot and can't wait until you get back toTalbert!

Good to hear from you also. I miss you guys and will be home soon. The chambers with tops on them are the ones that sample the air. So when the air is sampled, the top closes so that we are just getting the air that is close to the plants. There are other instruments that can measure the CO2 just out in the open air. Your answers are very good. Thanks,
Mr. Wood
