Dear Mr. Wood,

I was wondering, how many pieces does the experiment have to it? This may be a silly question, but I was also wondering, what is the exact name of the CO2 thing called? I hope you can get back to me as soon as possible.

Good questions. The experiment has several parts to it. We are just getting started on the first part with the chambers and measuring the CO2 from warming. I will explain the other parts as we go along. The instrument that measures the CO2 is referred to as the Li-Cor.Cheers,

Dear Mr. Wood,How long will the experiment take? I would like to know so. Thanks!

The experiments will take the entire summer to get the data for this part of the year, and then they will continue over the winter and collect data for the rest of the time. This experiment has been going on now for more that six years.Cheers,

Dear Mr. Wood,Because the experiment is going to take a long time, do you think you are going to go back to Alaska next year? If you are, would you be studying the same thing? Thanks for taking the time to look at this.

Good question. The experiment will go on, but I doubt that I will be back. I do plan on having Dr. Natali come and visit Talbert and talk to all of us about what is happening after I leave.Cheers,
