Hi Mr.Wood, It's Taylor York from your period 4 class! I wanted to answer your questions,

  1. What factors cause this area to be tundra? The factors that cause this area to be tundra are ice, weather, and the little things like how the weather changes.

  2. How will the factors change with a warmer climate? The factors will change because the ice might start melting but as i said the weather changed and when the weather changes it makes the area change. In really any area that has a climate that changes usually which we could say that the weather changes.

  3. Why are there no large trees in this tundra area? There are no large trees in the tundra because there isn't a lot of rain there and trees have to grow with rain. It also comes back to what i keep saying it also works with the climate/weather because the more the climate/weather changes the more the trees don't grow and grow. Trees need sunlight to grow.

As i keep saying climate/weather has to do with everything. I can't wait to see you and hope your having a great trip. Sorry It's kind of late but I hope you had a good birthday in Alaska. I think it was on April 22!! I hope i'm right. Well got to go.. yes i did this during class! See you soon!!! Have a safe trip home!!

Thank you, Taylor <3<3<3<3<3<3<3
