Dear Mr. Wood,
Hello!! This is Emily M. from period 6. I did problem #3 in the carbon dioxide section:
I think that we can prevent this from happening by not using as many products that are damaging the atmosphere, such as hairspray, gasoline, and oil. Instead, we can use cars that run off of water, and do our hair in a way that it is able to stay in place without hair spray(or just use hair gel instead). I think that if we can't keep it from happening, that in a hundred years, the world will be very different. I think that the air will be very thick and hardy, if able to at all, be breathable. I think that unless a miracle happens, Earth will barely be able to support life. The temperatures might also be a lot higher than they are now. Instead of the daily temperature being about 64-80 degrees, it might be 95-100 degrees every day. On the other hand, the carbon dioxide levels may not change very much at all. In fact, Earth might be almost exactly the same as it is now(in general). The air may just be a little thicker, but nothing that we can't adapt to, and the temperatures may be a little higher, but not to high.
Your Student, Emily M.
