Hay Mr. Wood! This is Rachel from period 1 and Cameron from period 2. For the questions about the tundra we have the answers!!!

For number 1, the answer is the fact it is not near the equator, and the sun does not hit the area directly.

For number 2 the answer is that there would be less ice and snow and more plants, trees, and animal life.

And for number 3 the answer is because the tree roots can not break through the permafrost and the area is usually too cold for the trees to survive.

Hope to hear from you soon!!!!

John Wood

You are on the right track but don't have the complete answers. Please give me a bit more. Thanks,
Mr. Wood
