Hi Cathy.

Looking forward to tomorrow's live event to hear more about Toolik research. So, I was reading your journal and wondering what exactly did everyone do on Sunday? Did everyone go out on the Sunday hike?

Hi Janet,
I found out people did all kinds of things.  There was an overnight hike, an early morning hike, and another hike that started at noon.  Some people napped, there was a group in the community center tent hanging out (I forgot to look in there) and pockets of people working in the labs.  It just goes to show that when there are 100 people in a space as large as the North Slope, it's pretty easy for everyone to find their own peaceful place to spend a lazy Sunday. I hope your Sunday was equally peaceful and relaxing :)
