Early Human Settlement in Arctic Alaska 2011

Hey There! It looks like the archaeology at Raven Bluff is pretty neat. What time periods do the artifacts relate to? How many times were people camped at the site in the past? Thanks Susie!

hi-the site has, so far, been aged using artifacts and bone samples to around 12,500 years ago. so far, it is not possible to tell how many people used the site or for how long, or any of those more detailed questions. but, as the excavation continues, perhaps those questions will be answered.
