What material(s) is the coffer dam made from and how long does it take to construct?

Interesting question. The coffer dam was made out of metal (steel) and rubber. The dam was placed in to allow the repair to be done. Then it was removed. It took several days to construct and adjust the the dam and the part that needed to be fixed.
