Hi!! I'm Chief Stewart's wife, Katherine. All of you will be working closely with him, as he is the MSTC onboard the Healy. I'm also the ombudsman, I serve as the link between the Healy and the families. We are all looking forward to following your mission, this is very exciting! Thanks, Katherine, for touching base. Please forward the PolarTREC link numerous times. I will try to feature different Coasties along the expedition. We are having a smooth sail to Bering Strait today. We hope to arrive tomorrow afternoon so the science can really begin. Will say "hi" to your husband.Deanna
