Hello Matthew,
When I got to the top of Erebus I did experience some headaches and a little sickness.  It wasn't too serious, but I did take it easy for a few days.  Also, I think that the Ocean Institute put up one of our podcasts.  You should check it out and let me know if you find it.  I should be back to school by the end of next week.  Hello to your family!
