Erebus Volcano Antarctica

      Hi Mr. Wood , I am Garrett Williams from secon Period.I was first wondering how high will you be on Mount Erebus,because even if it's not erupting the lava bombs would be dangerous if you are right on top,wouldn't it.Also can you tell me more info on the crash into Mount Erebus,in class or here.Whatever is easier for you.

Thank you Garrett,
We will be working near the top at times, but living a little farther away from the crater.  You're right, it could be very dangerous sleeping in an area where a volcanic bomb could hit you.  Ask me about the crash in class.  I was there when it happened.
