Are all the glaciers in the area of the same type?

What type of glacial erosion is occuring?

How old is the glacier?

Do glaciers only exist on earth?

Michael Lampert

Ok Marla, this is a place for you... You need to be a geologist. but to your question, glacial erosion is the grinding of the bedrock under the weight of the ice. the glacier is over ten thousand years old. glaciers are ice effected by gravity... can you think of a place on another planet with ice and a hill? or a moon? maybe you will be the first to find it.
