Hey, last question you seemed to read as "colder on top or bottom." I am asking if it is colder in the CORE, or the OUTSIDE.

Yep, Taylor, that is how I read it, you see it is not as though the core of a glacier is coldest. The temperature gradually changes from top to bottom, getting warmer toward the bottom, so that would mean the core would be somewhere between the outside temp and the bottom temp.
