Does the temperature of the cave increase when the glacier moves because of the heat released by the fricion of the rock as the ice moves over it? -Paul and Larysa

well, you are right in that friction makes heat, but the heat in the tunnel really is from the earth, it is largely the same temp at this depth. great question.
